Merry Desserts Part 4: Apple & Dulce De Leche Paris Brest

APPLE & DULCE DE LECHE PARIS BREST



This was such a fun experiment to do! Had a lot of steps and although it needs more tweaking to be perfect, I was still proud of this.

Made with a choux paste dough piped in a ring-shape.

Inside is a tarty apple chutney, house-made dulce de leche, and dulce de leche cream

Flavours were on point and blended very well together; the dulce de leche was heavy and sweet, followed by a light and fluffy dulce de leche cream and the tarty apple chutney to cut through all of that sweetness.


Served with: Powdered sugar on top
